The Assam Public Service Commission is offering 463 posts of Junior Engineer & Assistant Engineer . The JE & AE’s will receive a remuneration of ₹ 49,000 – 1,10,000 at the Assam Public Service Commission. This will depend upon the merit and experience of the candidate applying for the APSC JE & AE.

The selection process for JE & AE will have Written Exam and Interview. The candidates will be chosen as per their merit at APSC. Detailed Eligibility Criteria for APSC Vacancies 2020
- Junior Engineer – 3 years Diploma course in Civil Engineering from an institution recognized by the Government.
- Assistant Engineer – Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an Indian or foreign University recognized by Government.
All candidates applying for Junior Engineer & Assistant Engineer will need to respect the age limit of 31 to 38 years. All ages are calculated as on 1st January 2019.
Important Information on APSC JE & AE
The application submission for Junior Engineer & Assistant Engineer is beginning on January 2020 at the APSC. The last date of submission of online application is 1st January 2020 within office time. The candidates applying for the JE & AE post will need to pay an examination fee of ₹ 250/- within 1st January 2020. However, for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates, this fee is reduced to ₹ 150/-. The fee will only be accepted via online payment methods (credit/debit card, netbanking, e-challan) by Assam Public Service Commission.
